That airtime hill is also one of the three times that The Monster crosses over Adventureland's Sky Ride.

I really have to compliment Adventureland for working so much of the Sky Ride into The Monster as the interaction really makes both of the rides better. If this was a big corporate chain park chances are the Sky Ride would just have been scrapped while Adventureland took this a chance to "plus" both of their rides.

Airtime, hang time and non stop intensity just makes The Monster one of the best new coasters I have been on in years.

After our first ride it was quickly obvious that this ride is really a massive game changer for Adventureland.

Adventureland with it's charm, family park feeling and three great wooden coasters has always been a good park that I need to visit every three years or so. With the addition of The Monster it is now a park that I need to visit on a yearly basis. Thankfully it is just a three hour drive away.
