After wandering around Six Flags Great America Bond and I decided to head back to Goliath to check out what was going on with it.



I do have to admit that we did have a small shred of hope that the park would surprise everyone and open it to the public a day early so that we could get more rides on it.



Like Marty Moose outside of Walley World this sign made it very clear that there would be no more Goliath rides today for us.



After the press cleared out Six Flags did make sure they had plenty of additional queue space for Goliath's grand public opening the next day.



The reason for no "soft opening" for Goliath was that the second train needed to be broken in and certified by the state.
