Teenagers might get excited about a Vekoma Sus
pended Looping
Coaster but after riding eight different ones both Bond and I just ride
these for the credit. One ride and then on to something better and
more unique.

While Bond and I are not fans of this Vekoma production line coaster and
the thirty-some copies that came from their factory I do have to give
them a little respect for trying to improve their design here and there.
This model was the first with a redesigned wheel assembly in order to
make for a smoother ride. It may not have turned Gauntlet into a
super smooth SLC but every little bit helps.

Look at how happy Bond is after his experience riding the Gauntlet. I
told him if he wasn't going to clean his room then he would have to ride
a SLC. This is what happens. Parenting is tough but at least
I showed him some "tough love" and rode it with him.

The Plummet Summit which opened in 2005 is a wonderful way to cool off
on a hot Arkansas summer day if you are not going to head into Crystal
Falls.

Plummet Summit is a Shoot the Chutes style ride. Unlike most of
them you really don't get wet while standing on the bridge as this one
if placed far enough back where you only get a little misted instead of
soaked.
