There is still a bunch of little details to take care of to get Zinger ready to open to the public.

Workers were busy all over Zambezi Zinger working on various things.  Having had to don a harness and be attached to fall protection and head way up into metal racking to fix issues for a previous position at my company I've got to give this guy a lot of respect.

From what I saw there was a lot of work going on finishing up the walkways around the track.

One of the design elements that I most look forward to on the Zambezi Zinger is the lift wraparound.  The original Zinger had this as well as Anton's other Speed Racer the Whizzer at Six Flags Great America.  With all of the trains running on those coasters you'd have a train heading up the lift as one train wrapped around the lift for a fun little fly by.  Unfortunately this coaster won't be able to do that with just two trains.

It is a little interesting that these poles around the queue are all off kilter.  From what I hear the theming for the Zambezi Zinger is that it used to be an old jungle excursion company that closed up and after decades is reopening.  What I'm wondering if the off kilter poles are more for theming and not the result of someone without a level.
