The trip up the Zinger's spiral lift is pretty quick.

A nice feature of the spiral lift is you get the chance to look around at the coaster all around you as the train quickly ascends.

Before you know it you are at the top and....

...its time for the show to begin.

From the top of the lift hill the first half of the ride is on display in front of you. With a drop, turn, and then spiraling around the lift the Zambezi Zinger looks like a pretty easy ride. The deceptive thing is what you don't see from up there.
