There's a lot of "double, double toil and trouble fire burn and cauldron bubble" from the Overlord's underling witches.

It all really sets the proper mood for the evenings festivities.

Once the Overlord is done he descends back down into castle Grayskull, I mean the spooky Plaza Gift Shop, before making his way around the park to torment guest and monster alike.
