ACE Around the World at Worlds of Fun, Kansas City, Missouri

One gets hungry journeying around the world in a day so Worlds of Fun turned their culinary staff loose to give us a feast.

We had salad, we had rolls, we had meats that had been smoked overnight to make them as tasty and tender as possible, and then to top it all off we had these massive chocolate covered strawberries. Worlds of Fun really spoiled us.

With all of the little things that Worlds of Fun has done to dress up the park this little pond in the Orient with the lanterns over it is my favorite. I could sit here enjoying this tranquil view with the screams from the coasters in the distance. That would be lovely.

Detonator and Mustang Ranch are always a good ride.

Speaking of making Worlds of Fun nicer over the last off season Detonator's signage, that had been there since the ride opened in 1996, got replaced as they were pretty beaten up.
