It is so awesome to get to explore an empty park,
get behind the scenes tours and of course ride but what make events so
special is getting to hang out with friends like Dustin. By the
end of the day I was sore from the rides and sore from laughing so much.
When Worlds of Fun opened we headed to the back of the park to have
Mamba be our first ride of the day.
Mamba is similar to the Morgan Manufacturing hyper coasters that Cedar
Fair was fond of purchasing in the 1990's.
They all are an airtime filled out and back layout with a twisty
turnaround. What Makes Mamba my favorite of these rides is a
couple of things. First off as it is situated on the parks high
ground you get an amazing view of the park and all of the Kansas City
area as you ride.
The next thing that sets it apart from the other Morgan hyper coasters
is the turnaround. Mamba's turnaround starts out with an airtime
hill that turns into a spiraling dive.
