I could just stare at these mosaics for a while as the symmetry of
it is mesmerizing.
FIBER!!!!! I know most of you are going "Why does Paul have photos
of yarn?" but I am married to a fiber enthusiast as Carrie spins yarn and
then knits with it. Give this stuff to Carrie and she'll knit you
up a sweater, scarf or socks. She is extremely talented and wanted
to get her hand on these exotic fibers from Morocco but unfortunately they
were just decorations in one of the stores.
Dinner after our day exploring the world and the future at Epcot was back
in Japan at the Tokyo Dining. Carrie, Bond and my Mom went after the
Tempura while I devoured a huge plate of Sushi and Sashimi. As part
of the reason for the trip was to celebrate my 41st birthday I did get a
piece of cake and was serenaded by a bevy of cute Japanese ladies wishing
me birthday wishes.
The ladies were cute but I'd rather spend my time with the lady who has
been at my side for the last nineteen years; my wife Carrie.
If you want an amazing view of Illuminations then reserve a table at Tokyo
Dining for 8pm.
