Some times things that are closed should remain closed. After
a trip through the hotels cobweb covered lobby you are shown into the hotel's
study where the tale of that fateful Halloween 1939 is told by The Twilight
Zone's host Rod Sterling.

Afterward it's time to board one of the Hollywood Tower Hotel's elevators
for a trip to the legendary thirteenth floor for a trip into...The Twilight
Zone!

While Bond was really looking forward to this ride the closer we got to
it the more frightened he got. He was freaking out when it was time
to go and ride it. It seems he saw something on the internet claiming
someone was decapitated on it and combine that with the fact that the ride
system pulls you down faster than gravity instead of just dropping you and
he was a wreck.

So I sat down with him and after finding out what was the matter I just
explained to him that it's just a themed version of a type of ride he's
been on before and been on bigger ones and that he'd end up kicking himself
if he didn't ride it as much as he has been looking forward to it for the
last six months. So I pulled out the big gun to get him on it...I
gave him permission to swear while on the ride.
So after a few minutes of cussing he nervously got onto the elevator car
and buckled in (I told him it can't be that intense as the only restraint
is a seat belt) and he held onto the car and to me for a ride on The Twilight
Zone Tower of Terror.
