Every classic park has to have a carousel.  Unfortunately a few years ago Waldameer auctioned off it's classic hand carved carousel and replaced it with this one.  Normally selling a carousel is a sign of bad times ahead for a park but Waldameer Park used the funds not to stay afloat like many other parks but to build up the park and make it even better.



The carousel that they brought into replace the sold one while not being a classic still looks like one.



Have you ever wondered what it'd feel like to be in a washer during the spin cycle?  if so then try the Wipe Out because it's pretty close to the real thing.



Waldameer Park also has a water park called Water World which will in the next few years have a wave pool added to it's mix of slides and lazy river.
