As soon as you crest the top hat...



 ...it whips the seat out from under you making this one of the best moments of airtime in the world.



To show how aggressive this airtime is most people speed up with their hands in the air...



...but with the sharp crack of the airtime whip most people just freak out and grab ahold of anything to hold on for dear life. 



Only one other airtime moment has ever scared me like Velocicoaster's outside top hat and that was "the drop" in the back seat on Cyclops at Mt. Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells.  Sadly that coaster lost its last car and was neutered over time so Velocicoaster now has no competition for most "OMG I'm going to die" airtime on a coaster.
