As the sign says once you pass here the adventure begins.



 The elaborate theming for the port of entry is a small taste of what is to come at Islands of Adventure.



There are details aplenty all around such as this sign for the Navigators Club.  I was curious if it was a exclusive "Club 33" sort of venue like Disney has.  Instead it is an event location and has recently been used as an exclusive eatery for annual pass holders.



At the end of the Port of Entry you will find a lagoon with seven additional lands lining its shores.  If you look to the left you will see the colorful craziness of Seuss Landing.



Straight across the new Velocicoaster in Jurassic Park and the towers of the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry that is in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter:  Hogsmeade.
