Disney actually approached J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series, about making the Wizzarding World across town at their parks.  Disney wouldn't give her the creative control of the world she created so in the end they parted ways and she went with Universal.  One of the little things that she insisted on, with her creative control, is that every butterbeer needs to have a frothy head on it.

Scattered all around both of the Wizarding World sections of Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure (Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade respectively) are items guests who have a wand can work their magic on.  If you move your wand the right way and say the appropriate spell you can make this umbrella rain...

Like I said earlier there are so many details added to Diagon Alley.  There is more detail and theming to this six or seven acre corner of Universal Studios Florida than in an entire hundred acre Six Flags or Cedar Fair theme park.
