The Simpsons at Universal Studios Florida, Orlando, Florida

The Simpsons Ride is simply an overlay on the Back to the Future ride. The blue building in the back is the Institute of Future Technology from the Back to the Future ride and the ride cars you get in to experience a trip through Springfield and the world of the Simpsons is the same ride vehicle from Back to the Future. Who knows maybe someday Universal will go back to the future here.

By the way the Simpsons ride is really fun for the portion of it that I was able to keep my eyes open without getting motion sickness. If you re not like me and absolutely love simulator rides Universal Studios Florida is the park to visit.

While I have never been a flat ride fan I absolutely love the theming for Kang and Kodos Twirl 'N' Hurl.

What is not perfect about having a spinning ride where guests ride UFO's around a giant tentacle space monster.

What's cool is the eye moves back and forth as UFO's circle around. It is just a really cute way to take a generic ride and dress it up to fit a theme.

Passing out of Springfield you find yourself in the back of Universal Studios Florida with a nice view of the rest of the park across the lake that the park wraps around.
