Avalanche's trains just fly around the track without losing any speed.
I did hear a rumor from within the industry last year that Timber Falls
was looking to remove Avalanche due to roughness. From the way it
rode, I have to say that they got the problem fixed and it's going to stay.
Zen ride after Zen ride Greg and I pretty much had Avalanche completely
to ourselves. The ride operator was less than as excited as we were
as even though he smiled at us and was way better than those down the road.
Each time we rode he just sat at the console and asked us if we were secured
before dispatching us.
If Timber Falls can make a profit in the competition rich Dells I'd love
to see places like this popping up in cities across the country. I
mean wouldn't it be great to have a place to go for a family evening our
or a date that has video games, mini golf, log flume, bumper boats
and of course a fun coaster like Avalanche to go along with it. It'd
make money hand over fist especially in areas where it can operate year
round. So does anyone have any venture capital to give me in order
to start up a chain of them?
