The Tornado Wooden Rollercoaster at Strickers Grove, Hamilton, Ohio

From what I hear the reason Stricker's picked this design for their first coaster was that it wouldn't be so tall that they'd have to bring in a crane to cut costs.  Construction began in 1990 and the ride was completed in 1993.

There's the Remhof family a few rows behind me getting ready for another ride on the Tornado.  You only have to be thirty-six inches tall to ride the Tornado so a trip to Stricker's Grove is perfect for those young coaster enthusiasts.
