Daredevil Daze at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

Rookie Racer was kind of a late addition to the park as it was purchased for the park back in November at the IAAPA Convention. The ride was built for another park but the deal fell through so Six Flags scooped it up for a savings.

Unfortunately for those of us at Daredevil Daze with the ride being purchased late it wasn't quite ready for us to take it for a spin just yet. That would happen a couple of weeks later. You can get a wonderful view of Rookie Racer from The Boss' exit as it was built over part of Six Flags old go kart track.

Of course behind the scenes tours always a big part of Daredevil Daze. Needing to be safe as we were all heading into an active construction zone Six Flags St. Louis' Elizabeth Gotway had high visibility vests for all attendees.

Beth was all ready to go and geek out about Rookie Racer.

To get to Rookie Racer we had to leave the park and head up to the administration area.
