The 50th Anniversary Celebration at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

Here are Aizak, Beth and a coaster that turned 50 years old this very day.

The River King Mine Train might be half a century old but this classic Arrow Dynamics designed coaster is still one of the most fun coasters in the park.

My only issue with the River King Mine Train is that it is hard to get pictures of.

Heading up the hill from the River King Mine Train is a little slice of heaven.  The Screamin' Eagle is still the star of Six Flags St. Louis.  A little pro-tip is to get to the park when they open and head straight up the hill and hop on the Eagle.  Bria and I ended up getting ten rides in a row without having to get off before the station filled up and we had to give up our seats to someone in line.

The Screamin' Eagle is amazing in the day but it more than looks amazing as night covers the park.
