Opening Day 2020 at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

You are looking at another victim of Covid.

This plot that once was the parks upcharge go kart attraction is where the new for 2020 Catwoman's Whip was going to be.

As you can see outside of removing some of the go-kart track and doing a little prep work on the site not much has happened.

What happened was Catwoman's Whip caught Covid and hopefully she feels up to making an appearance in 2021.

While I hate that the ride was not installed as well as several of the chain's other new additions it makes sense in the uncertainty of the amusement park business in 2020 to not take delivery of the rides and to not feel the need to advertise them.  It is just one of those decisions that needed to be made to get through this year financially.

While I understand that decision I am a little confused why they left half of the go-kart track?  I mean take it all out.  If it were up to me On this plot of land the chain could put a bunch of flat rides to go along with Catwoman's Whip and they could get rid of the never ending queue for the Boss at the same time.
