The horses that are left on the Grand Ole Carousel look pretty sad and neglected but thankfully it won't be too long before this ride just glows with life.

Six Flags St. Louis is really taking a lot of pride in their restoration of the Grand Ole Carousel with signs all around it.

The park has known for so long that they have an amazing ride here that needed care but getting corporate management to act was the hurdle. From what I have heard is that the current Park President's attitude is just do it.

"Just do it" is how we ended up with the old weight guesser building in front of the Grand Ole Carousel being turned into a display about the restoration.

It just makes me grin so big seeing Six Flags St. Louis be proud of what they have and have the leadership that wants to make this park look like the gem of the chain that it really is.
