A few things about Justice League: The Battle for Metropolis.
There will be doorways that open and close keeping your ride vehicle
the only one in the scene so that everything that plays out in there
is geared towards you.
One of the few remaining relics of this buildings past is a little
employee graffiti.
Upon closer examination the crew from 1996 were quite prodigious
with their extracurricular writing activity during work hours.
According to Dave behind the scenes all around the park various
employees have left their mark for those coming after them. It
is not encouraged but it happens.
This is the back corner of the building and it is a little hard to
get a sense of how big this ride is going to be but all of us were
really impressed at how many rooms there are for Battle for
Metropolis but how huge they are. I don't think
Scooby-Doo used the space in the building the best but Battle for
Metropolis is using every square inch of it.
This is a view looking through one of the doors in the station that
will be used for ride operators to access the ride. The view
goes all the way to the back of the building. There are three
really large rooms from the station to the back of the building and
this is the short side of the building. The long side is almost
twice as long so Justice League: The Battle For Metropolis is going
to be huge.
This is the view looking from the station out to where the Hall of Justice
will soon sit. The Hall of Justice is going to be a
interactive heavily themed queue where you get your orders for this
mission. The story is that Lex Luthor and The Joker have
abducted Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and a few more heroes and it
is up to you to free them. You will be briefed in the hall and
equipped with 3d glasses before heading in here to board your ride
vehicle.
