The Evel Knievel Rollercoasater at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

The rumor was that Evel Knievel was originally supposed to go to Six Flags New England but they couldn't get permission to build it so at the last minute Six Flags moved it here and I thank them for doing that as it's such an awesome ride and is a great addition to the park

Just a short walk around the building that houses the Scooby Doo dark ride  from Evel Knievel is Mr. Freeze.  Freeze runs the best at the start of the season because since it's not totally warmed up you get fantastic hang time going backwards through the top hat inversion.

On our first ride we were just a millisecond from valleying as it crept through that inversion.  It would have been a pain for the park but I know all of us would have loved being evacuated from the ride which is something that I have never had happened on a coaster.

Like Mr. Freeze opening weekend is the best time to take The Boss for a spin.
