My first coaster of the year was going to be the Screaming Eagle but after a fun ride Shazam, Six Flags St Louis' Scrambler we found ourselves by Mr. Freeze so we decided to hop in line.

Actually there wasn't much of a line for Mr. Freeze or anything as opening day was quite a bit earlier than Six Flags normally has. I'm not complaining as I love an empty park and the ability to get more than a few rides. It's a great way to start off a season.

Freeze was fast and furious as usual although there was a bit of a change for this year.

You see on the way back through the top hat inversion we had a ton of hang time where there was never any before. It was fantastic and I seriously hopes it stays like that as it really adds to the ride.
