Tony Hawk's Big Spin Media Day

I have to say with the lack of theming in recent years from Six Flags
I really enjoyed all of the nice touches that went into Tony Hawk's Big
Spin including the wheels and skateboard deck on the cars.
On ride photos that you can purchase afterwards as a memento of your ride
has been a big thing for a while but on Tony Hawk's Big Spin they take it
to the next level. Instead of on ride photos you can now purchase
on ride videos. It's kind of a cool system but I'm not sure how many
people are going to pay $19.99 for a DVD of just one ride.
Tony Hawk's Big Spin loads and dispatches two cars at once. While
the first progresses straight to the lift the second stops on a block brake
at the base of it before proceeding. Just a little side note if you
happen to be on the second car brace yourself before you hit the brake because
the brake is quite sudden and can feel like a gut punch depending on which
seat you're in.
Tony Hawk's Big Spin doesn't tower over Six Flags St' Louis' other coasters
or can even be seen from outside of the park but at fifty-four feet tall
it makes up for it's diminutive size with plenty of fun.
