The Boss Rollercoaster at Six Flags St. Louis

The Boss actually had a few hurdles to overcome before being built.  The local government kept disapproving of five previous designs for The Boss because it's hills and lift was too close to the Eureka Road.  Their fears were that Six Flags would close and eventually the Boss would fall onto the road.  I for one would be curious to see how it's previous layouts were like.

Some coaster enthusiasts love The Boss while others hate it.  I fall into the love category because of it's fantastic out of control pacing and it's first drop is just insane.

Plus the Boss doesn't end up lightly.  After an extremely fast double helix it's up an airtime filled double up into the brakes.

As you can see Bond already has his riding style down.  Hands up in the air like a pro.  Now he just needs to grow another 6 1/2 inches so he can get on most coasters out there.
