The Ninja is a Vekoma multi looping coaster that took the place of the sadly missed Jet Scream.  Six Flags St. Louis took out the Jet Scream in 1988 (it's now the Viper @ Six Flags Astroworld) for this ok ride.  St. Louis is the second home of this coaster as it was in Canada from 1985 to 1988.

Here's the Ninja as it crests the lift.  The track and trains are of Arrow Dynamics design but were licensed by Vekoma of the Netherlands for this and many other coasters.

Here's the first two loops.  First a loop then a sidewinder which is the first half of a loop with half of a corkscrew at the top.

On the way out of the sidewinder is the ultimate head-chopper.  You come flying out of the loop and right above your head is the chain return from the lift.  It is safely above your head but while riding it looks like it's going take your head off.  Cool.

After the first couple of loops and a mid-course brake run you head into the corkscrews on your way back into the station.
