Six Flags Over Georgia could have just stripped the land bare and plopped
the coaster down on top of it like a few other parks in the chain (cough
Six Flags Magic Mountain, cough) but instead they added a control
tower and several air race pylons to give the ride that aerial feel.
No mid course brakes to slow the ride down for Dare Devil Dive, just this
high point where you get a chance to grab a breath before diving back down
to the twists, inversions and turns.
The V shaped cars really fit the theming but they also give everyone an
almost front seat view.
Dare Devil Dive just flows from one element into another like a finely planned
out aerobatics routine.
