The Great Gasp at Six Flags Over Georgia, Austell, GA

The Great Gasp is a family ride that pulls you up two-hundred feet before sending you back down.  You get to rest your feet and cool off a bit with some nice breezes way up there.

Another great ride that more parks need is the Sky Buckets.

We all were a little silly Peggy included by this time of the day with exhaustion and from the fun of hanging around with some great friends at a park after the long winter.

I hope Six Flags cleans out the pool before they open the Treasure of Mariners Cove show this spring.

Monster Plantation at Six Flags Over Georgia, Austell, GA

We got to ride Monster Plantation several times that day.  This has become my favorite dark ride because it's so much fun.  I noticed that it was a very different ride from the last time I rode it at the end of the 2004 season primarily because all of the lights were on and it wasn't as dark as then.

To the coaster enthusiast who I was sitting with during the morning exclusive ride time and tensed up and became noticeably uncomfortable when Andi said "pucker up".  Just to let you know she wasn't referring to you and me.  She was talking about the "kissing booth" monster in the Monster Plantation.
