Most Six Flags Over Georgia
regulars wouldn't shed a tear if the Ninja disappeared but that's only
because they grew up with the worlds best looping coaster, The Mindbender.
The Ninja is actually a really
good coaster from Vekoma who aren't really known for good coasters.
Unlike a lot of Vekoma coasters
it's not a cookie cutter ride with the same elements all welded together
in different orders. The Ninja is all free flowing custom elements
from start to finish and combining that with some great head chopper
close encounters with supports and it's way below par where looping
coasters are concerned.
Good Ninja.
What's this, I seem to remember
seeing this not operating before or maybe it's just Deja Vu. The
word on the midway is that this mess of an actual good ride the week
or so it operates a year will sit here pretty much not running until
it's depreciated enough on the books to not kill the parks accounting
statement when they cut it up and sell it for scrap metal.
