It was nice having an empty Six Flags New England because that made
it possible for Bond and I to ride Bizarro and everything else as much as
we wanted to.
Bizarro just towers over Six Flags New England.
My only real problem with Bizarro is Six Flags policies regarding bags such
as my fanny pack for my camera. You can bring your Six Flags drink
bottle in line and they have a little rack for you to place it in the station
while you ride. It takes no time at all to cross the train, set your
bottle down and then get on and get ready to ride. Now with a bag
or fanny pack you can't take it into the queue as they claim that placing
a bag in the station "slows the dispatch". Come one, what a crock.
It takes as much time for someone to cross the train to place a bottle in
the rack as it would take for someone to walk across and place a bag in
a bin. I understand that Six Flags loves to upcharge this and that
but how about just taking care of their customers and letting them enjoy
the park and rides they paid for without having to nickel and dime them
again and again.
Hidden and massively overshadowed by Bizarro's 208 foot tall lift hill sits
the Catwoman's Whip. This family coaster by Zierer is a really fun
ride for everyone. It is such a joy to ride Bond and I had to hop
on it for a ride every time we walked past it.
Rounding out the coasters down in the DC Superhero Adventures part of Six
Flags New England is the Gotham City Gauntlet: Escape From Arkham
Asylum.
