After a while of taking pot shots at Carrie I discovered that you can shoot at all of the items in the middle of the Fun Factory and they'll do things if you hit the targets just like in a shooting arcade.

Carrie decided to leave all of the running around and playing in the Looney Tunes Acme Fun Factory to the boys and sit out.
