Hopefully Six Flags Great America and B&M spend some time this off
season looking at these issues and put together a plan to fix them so no
matter where you sit on Wrath of Rakshasa you'll have a great ride.

With all of the visiting I didn't get as many coasters in on this visit.
Spent a lot of time with Beth, Kevin, Daniel, Luke, Paul, and Adrianna
just hanging out.

Being way more of a local to Six Flags Great America than they are I did
have to let them know about the best seat on probably the most
underrated coaster in the Six Flags chain. Viper is a in house
built clone of the legendary Coney Island Cyclone. It's layout
isn't an exact copy of the classic but it certainly packs plenty of
thrills into its twisted layout.

The reason that Viper is underrated is that there are so many other
coasters at Six Flags Great America that tower over this ride it kind of
gets forgotten about when conversations about what's to ride at the park
come up.
To correct this misconception I made sire Paul, Kevin and Daniel took a
ride in the first car, third seat. Seat 1.3 is where Viper shines.
It gives you ejector airtime over every hill here. Just take a
look at the surprise on Daniel's face as he is shot up into the lap bar.
Take this seat for a ride and you won't want to ride anywhere else on
Viper.

Eventually the day came to an end. It was great and not so
great. The great part was getting to spend a day with a bunch of
friends. The not so great was Wrath of Rakshasa's inconsistencies.
Hopefully those get fixed. We will see how it is next year.
Until then goodnight Six Flags Great America.
