The Maxx Force Roller Coaster at Six Flags Great America, Gurnee, Illinois

Whenever Maxx Force opens it is supposed to break three records.

First off it is supposed to have the fastest launched acceleration of any coaster in North America going from zero to seventy-eight miles per hour in just two seconds. That'll be a heck of a kick to the rear to get things started on the aptly named Maxx Force.

Launching out of the station, under the train tracks Maxx Force will take you up into its second world record.

That record breaking element is the worlds tallest double inversion.

Maxx Force is going to rocket you up some one hundred and seventy-five feet where it will roll you upside down only to roll you out of being inverted before turning you back upside down before plummeting back down earthward.

Looking up to the top of Maxx Force's high point I did notice a little thing.
