I absolutely love Vertical Velocity.  It's a blast to ride, you get wicked hang time on the back spike and it's a fantastic ride to people watch.



People watch you ask?  I mean watching people totally freak out on it.  You can normally spot a good candidate in the station.  You know, they're hyper nervous, pacing and maybe cussing their friends out for making them get on this.  If you see that you've got a winner.



Then watch them get in, locked down and just wait.  The expression on their face when the coaster gets launched is priceless and it just gets better.  Keep your eye on the train and watch as they go back and forth through the station.  Of course most people totally lose it at this point of the ride when the holding brakes hold them looking straight down at the ground for a few seconds before suddenly releasing the train to gravity.



Yeah Spacely's Sprocket Rockets is for the little ones but Kevin and I are kids at heart.  I mean we both still play with Legos.
