One of the things that makes
the Whizzer the ultimate family coaster is the fact that it has enough
intense and mellow moments so anyone tall enough to ride it can have
some fun. The Whizzer isn't about being the biggest and toughest,
it's just about pure 100% fun.
Prepare yourselves....after
that nice turn the Whizzer has some more in store for you! It
dives down from the turn into a great helix that puts you speeding just
inches from the ground! This is my favorite part of the Whizzer,
it's just a joy.
From the helix you speed up
into a brake run. Don't worry, you won't be slowed down here.
There's a nice twist around
the lift spiral that when they used to run five trains or if you're
really lucky there will be a nice flyby of a train on the lift.
The Whizzer is built over some
water in addition to the trees and I always liked this dive down to
the pond. The thing that makes coasters that were designed by
Anton Schwarzkopf great is the fact that they flow. You can't tell where
one element starts or ends, the whole coaster just flows together as
a whole entity.
