With the Steamtown makeover the parks Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster that was previously called Mind Eraser got a bit of a makeover.

Six Flags gave Mindbender a new paint job and new trains with Vekoma's new vest restraints in 2024.  Renamed Professor Screamore's Skywinder this aging SLC was given new life.

If you have been reading Negative-G for a while you know that I have never been a big fan of Vekoma's suspended looping coasters due to roughness and head banging.

While professor Screamore's Skywinder still is rough with the new vest restraints instead of the over the shoulder restraints of the past really make a big difference.

Professor Screamore's Skywinder is still not a ride I'd lap over and over the addition of the vest restraints definitely makes it a coaster that I could ride once a visit.
