As a photographer one of the big benefits of Miner's Mountain Express and Daredevil Pass is that we'll finally get some different views of Powder Keg and Wildfire.



Powder Keg is notorious to get different photos of since there has been for the most park only one place to view the ride. 



Now we're going to really get to watch it launch out and spend some time rocketing around the mountainside.



On a side note about Powder Keg that I learned during my visit is that there is a fridge in the station.  In one of the crates that line the station wall for theming is a half sized fridge that is stocked with bottled water.  How I found this out is that Powder Keg went down while I was riding it.  We got stuck on the brake run in triple digit temps for a while.  When maintenance finally got us into the station the ride operators had ice cold bottled water to cool us off.



While my camera is really excited about new views of Powder Keg it is as excited about getting closer to Wildfire as well.
