For the months before Coaster Christmas one of the things that I pray for is warm and dry weather for the event so those attending can ride as much as possible.  The prayers mostly worked with temperatures for Saturday in the upper 60's but Sunday was a bit different with temperatures in the lower 40's.  As a result everyone had to layer up when heading back to Silver Dollar City.



Swing rides have always been a favorite so I took the Magnificent Wave Carousel in the Grand Exposition for a spin.



A good thing about Thunderation is that it can operate at temperatures down to 32 degrees so even if the temps drop it is always up to ride.



Got to spend a bit of time riding with Beth, Bria, and Aizak before they headed back home.



With the sun dropping on Sunday along with the temperatures coasters across Silver Dollar City started to shut down.
