Another ride at Silver Dollar City that's hard to catch in the winter as no one really wants to get wet when the temps are in the 40's or below is the American Plunge log flume.



Just like the rest of Silver Dollar City this ride looks like it has always been here.



As with any great log flume the American Plunge sends you into a nice splashdown for a nice soaking.



Mr. M. Balmer is by far my favorite of the citizens of Silver Dollar City.  Every time I meet him he is always measuring me up for a nice final resting place.



Something that I have never done in all of my visits to Silver Dollar City is stop off at the Silver Dollar Saloon.  I'm not averse to shows but it is hard peeling me away from rides.
