Silver Dollar City, Branson, Missouri

In addition to the street performers for Street Fest the regular citizens of Silver Dollar City were busy as usual.  I've always been a huge fan of taking a little time out of the coasters to just sit and watch the artisans at the park like the glassblower, pottery maker, the gentleman who cuts down wood to make log cabins and especially the blacksmith.  These people and their crafts are a wonder to watch.

It is always nice heading to Silver Dollar City on a Sunday morning as the park always takes a while to fill up so you have it pretty much to yourself.

Technically I didn't have it all to myself as my amazing wife Carrie was by my side.

Like Grandfathers Mansion the swinging bridge is an attraction that gets constant physical touch from guests so it has had to be closed for the duration of the pandemic.  It's a bummer as I always like the bounce of walking across the parks first attraction.

Since I can't bounce around on the bridge I might as well go spin around on Time Traveler and speed through the woods on Thunderation.
