Mystic River Falls is a rapids ride...



 ...but is is not your average rapids ride as Silver Dollar City decided to add an additional thrill to the standard rapids ride.  In addition to the landscaping and theming Mystic River Falls mixes a little Shoot the Chutes to the finale with a four and a half story drop into a lagoon. 



While I have given away Mystic River Falls finale it starts out with a simple lift that takes your raft to the top of the rapids.



I'm going to gush a bit about the landscaping because with the rocks, moss, trees and plantings Mystic River Falls looks like it has been here for years instead of being brand new.



What's going to be great is with as much attention to the landscaping as the ride itself give it ten years when all of the trees have time to grow the ride will be completely hidden in a forest giving it a totally different ride experience from now.
