It has been a few years since my last ride I had forgotten how soaked you get on this flume.

That is a good thing as it was pretty hot and humid and a few dozen gallons of cool water dropped on me felt pretty nice.

For a weekend in June as you can see Silver Dollar City was pretty empty.

With the pandemic there are a lot of people staying away but with the temperature checks, masks, sanitizing stations, rides being constantly cleaned and reduced park capacity you are way safer spending a day here than heading to the local supermarket for groceries.

Unfortunately though due to his age and a few mitigating health conditions that put him at risk from Covid-19 Grandfather is not letting any guests in his mansion this year.
