With two trains running on Saturday there was never a line for Thunderation so we made sure to take advantage of it.  Aizak and his best buddy Dustin are sitting in the front seat as Thunderation plunges out of the station.



 Thunderation is such a great ride although it is a little difficult to find places to photograph it.  This one was taken from the porch of the Culinary Crafts School.



The porch in question is also one of the best places in Silver Dollar City to stop, grab a rocking chair and just enjoy some time with friends and family.



With Silver Dollar City's An Old Time Christmas celebration going on there are all sorts of seasonal goodies to enjoy from the parks many food stands.  A favorite of ours is the apple dumplings and cinnamon ice cream.  Bria and Aizak loved theirs.



Like I said this isn't all about getting tons of rides.  It is great to get together with people that you love and hang out together.
