We had the Bluegrass and now it was time to try out the other half
of the Bluegrass and BBQ festival...the BBQ.

I went for ribs with a biscuit, potato salad and some baked beans with
apples. It just completely rocked.

Bond went for the brisket. This actually was the start of his "all
brisket diet" as our trip continued down to Texas and back. I
believe he had brisket at least once a day for five out of the six days
during our trip.

As the day came to a close we were off to get as much of our favorite
coaster as we could. The park was empty having been cleared out by
the storms so we rode Outlaw Run, walked around and caught the next
train and repeated the process.

The rides, the food, the parks and who you are with are what makes a
simple day out at a park a magically memorably day. Time with
those you love and the experiences you share are what it is all about.
Thanks to Lisa, Martha and the rest of Silver Dollar City for having us
and giving us an amazing kick off to our 6 day 7 park trip.
