Like as insane as Outlaw Run is Powder Keg is insanely fun.

One could easily say that Powder Keg is a blast as it sends you shooting
off at over sixty miles an hour but to me the ride is just stupid unadulterated
fun.

The launch is a joy, the negative-g filled hill that follows is a joy, the
surprise deep drop down the mountainside always gets me and a fast low to
the ground stretch just rocks and that is all before you get to the lift.

Another reason Powder Keg is great is that with the ingenious restraint
that S&S (the company behind Powder Keg's design) developed for their
coasters everyone from 42 inches and up can ride it making for a fun and
thrilling coaster for those just starting the journey into coaster geekdom.

No photos of Fire In The Hole this time but there is a new Dalmatian in
the firehouse this year.
