The train ride is so good there is always a line but get in it and once the next train shows up hop on board.



The Frisco Silver Dollar Line is one of the oldest attractions at Silver Dollar City.  It takes you out away from the park out through the hills of Southwestern Missouri.



Things can get a little wild out there in the hills as there are a few moonshine stills along the way.  One day one of the conductors stopped at one of the stills for a little libation and fueled by "firewater" he headed out in a hurry to get the train back on schedule.



Needless to say he took a five mile an hour turn at fifteen ending up taking the train off the rails. 

Don't worry though our conductor was mostly sober during our ride.



Like I said earlier you can get a great view of Outlaw Run from the train ride but it is not the only reason to ride it.
