Where the figure 8 crosses over Tidal Twister has a twisty
airtime hill over the top and an inline twist inversion when the ride
goes under.
Like the waves in the ocean Tidal Twister sends the train back and forth
until it gets up to speed to make it all the way around the track.
Tidal Twister is a powered coaster and it has drive tires that push
against the curved panels that hang off to the side of the train.
Speaking of trains, it may look like Tidal Twister has two trains on the
track with one going over and one looping under.
It really is one train with cars at the ends and a long section of
connecting segments between both ends.
What is really fun about Tidal Twister is while the coaster works back
and forth up to speed you do end up hanging upside down when the train
stalls out in the in line twist.
