Carrie headed here when us guys and my Mom headed to the coasters and she ended up getting to pet several of the bottlenose dolphins that live here.

The dolphins are quite playful as it seems they love heading straight for you making you think you're going to pet it then at the last second it veers away. Psych!

When we met up with Carrie at Dolphin Cove it was well after feeding hours and no one was getting to pet any of them. So if you want to run your hand down the side of a bottlenose dolphin head to Dolphin Cove first thing in the morning and be patient.

In addition to getting played by a bunch of fellow mammals Dolphin Cove has a nice underwater viewing area where you can watch the dolphins swim all around.
