The Wave Swinger was Marineland's first adult ride that started their foray into being a full theme park.  I normally try to get photos of rides in action but as we were there on a Tuesday very early in the season the park was deserted so most of the rides had just Bond and myself on them.



I was looking forward to getting Bond on the Topple Tower as it is the only remaining ride of its type left.  Marineland and Dollywood purchased these from Mack Rides but unfortunately they have turned into a maintenance nightmare.  Dollywood removed theirs several years ago and Marineland is keeping theirs for now although it was not up and running when we visited.



Another big attraction at Marineland are their bears.



Marineland has a large habitat for a huge amount of North American Black Bears.



They are very fun to watch in and out of the water.  They can get right up to the midway so you can get a great view of them.  I'd rather see them this way than the way I used to run into them while hiking in Northern Wisconsin when I was a kid.  It is not fun coming around a turn and seeing one of these twenty feet away with no fence or wall between you.
